Responsible for the UX design of an automated commercial vacuum cleaner.
Performed ethnographic research to understand the needs of cleaning staff (focus group interviews, field studies, ethnographic research, etc.).
Determined how to incorporate bulky and complicated hardware into small frame of unit for ideal user experience.
Created a simply “pager” style UI for staff that were technologically challenged.
